Homemade Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt Recipe

One of the healthiest things you can eat for breakfast, or anytime of day for that matter, is low fat yogurt and berries. It's a go to in our home. However, while I enjoy yogurt from time to time, I really prefer ice cream!

I've come up with a fun way to make frozen yogurt or even ice cream in seconds that is as delicious, if not better, than buying it at the store or ice cream shop. The recipe is ridiculously simple, so we've created a video to share exactly how.

You can embellish this to your liking, and keep it as healthy as you choose. The key is to making this work have frozen fruits and ingredients without too much fat. If you want ice cream, simply replace the yogurt with milk, and add a pinch of sugar if you want it sweetened.

Recipe ingredients as seen in the video

 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

4 Medium Frozen Strawberries Cut in half

3-4 Tablespoons of Plain Yogurt

A couple of dashes of Salt

Use your food processor to blend until creamy
