Ingredients You Will Need

2/3 Cups Granulated Sugar
2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1.5 Cuups Quick Oats
1 Stick of Butter (Melted)

Directions...

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees

Cut enough apples to fill an 8x8 Pyrex Glass Cooking Dish 3/4 full (approximately 5-6 Apples)

Dress the Apples

Sprinkle 1/3 Cup of Sugar and 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice over the apples and mix them with your hands to cover all of the apples with the sugar and spice.

Prepare the Crumble

Place the rest of the ingredients above together in a bowl and use a fork to mix the crumble together well allowing the butter to soak into the oats, etc... Then cover the apples in the Pyrex dish with the crumble.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Serve hot or cold, and it's great with ice cream or with cool whip topping. In the video I serve it hot with Ben & Jerry's Vanilla Ice Cream.

Server hot or cold, but I prefer it hot with a little Ben and Jerry's Vanilla Ice Cream.
