Crock-Pots and slow cookers are a great way to cook a great meal with ease as you can just fill it, set it, and go. Today I am going to share one of my husbands favorite Crock Pot recipes that I make. If you like rich flavored meat and enjoy tasting a wide range of flavors with each bite, then you will love this recipe to. Below is a video along with a list of written ingredients and instructions. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients

2.5 Lbs Country Style Ribs

1 Tablespoon Curry
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Chopped up fresh Ginger


1 Jar of Goya Guava Jelly
1/2 Cup Chilli Sauce
1.5 Cups of Orange Juice
2 teaspoons Worcester Sauce

Recipe Directions...

Sprinkle all of the dry spices onto the ribs and coat them well.
Poor the liquids including the Orange Juice, the Chilli, Sauce, 2 teaspoons of Worchester sauce, and an entire jar of Guava Jelly into the Crock Pot and stir it well until the jelly is broken up.

Place all the ribs evenly into the bottom of the slow cooker and put the top on.

Cook on high for 6 hours.
