Peach Cobbler Ingredients

2 Cups Bisquick
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Stick Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Approximately 10 Medium size peaches
Pecans

Pre-heat the oven to 350 Degrees

Mix all of the above ingredients with a Kitchen Aid or other mixer (with the exception of the peaches and the Pecans)
Cut the peaches into slices and line a 9x13 Pyrex Bakeware glass cooking dish

Once the batter is mixed well poor over the peaches in the Pyrex dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle  Pecans to your liking on top of the batter.

Cook for one hour until golden brown.

Coconut Cream Ingredients

2 Cans of Coconut Milk
3 Tablespoons of powdered sugar (add 4 or 5 if you like it sweet)

Directions for Coconut Cream

Place the Coconut Milk cans in the refrigerator overnight
Freeze the mixing bowl and mixing utensil in the freezer for 15 minutes or longer


Scoop out the hard part of the coconut milk, leaving the coconut water on the bottom in the can, and place it in the frozen mixing bowl on the mixer. Add powdered sugar and mix for 1 to 2 minutes until frothy. Refrigerate or even freeze to keep cool.
