Summertime Pasta Salad Recipe

Summertime Pasta Salad Recipe

Jennifer Maring's 50/50 Pasta Salad

Every summertime party should have a great pasta salad, and my 50/50 salad is a hit at family gatherings. It's a quick and simple pasta salad recipe to make, although I must say that it's best when you let it sit for a while. You can eat it right away, but I recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, and even overnight if you can. Some things just get better with time. Enjoy!

Pasta Salad Ingredients...

1 Box Ronzoni Garden Delight Vegetable Pasta
1/2 Bottle Newman’s Own Light Italian
1/2 BottleNewman’s Own Creamy Balsamic
1 Can Goya Cannellini Beans
1 Can Goya Chick Peas
1 Can Goya Red Kidney Beans
1 Cup Chop Carrots
1 Medium Size Green Peppe
2 Celery Stalks
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sal
1 Tablespoon Peppe
1 Tablespoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 Tablespoon Herbs de Provence

Directions...

Cook the pasta as directed on the box. Mix all of the ingredients. Enjoy! Even better if you let it sit for 4 hours or overnight if possible.

The Spice Tea Exchange in Mystic, CT is a great place to find unique salts, teas, and spices. This is where I got our Herbs de Provence for this recipe.
